Anko tells you where, otherwise you can see in the 'ninja path', talk to Teuchi instead of Hinata
In the journal it tells you where to look, talk to Iruka and go to the mission he assigns you, look in that place.

I tried running using the nw.js method and it wouldn't load images, it's probably fixable but I didn't feel like tinkering, so I used wine and it ran perfectly.
you don't buy them, when you are working at Ichiraku choose Teuchi instead of Hinata and he will give you dangos.

I'm trying with wine but it doesn't work. It is stuck ad the "Now Loading" with black background. How did you configure it?
what version of wine are you using? I am on wine ge 8.20, not regular wine. Other than that I'm not using any specific settings.

Yeah I reported it to the developer, he's aware of the issue. Apparently they only work against Anko and not on normal missions

Key for shurikens is "A"
You need to buy them from rock lee first, then press "A" while you are in combat
I think my game has a problem, because I press the A key and it doesn't throw the shuriken.

That's weird, I'm using it right now without any problem, the only thing I can think of is that you're probably using a save from previous versions.
yes, I'm using old save. My game must be really bugged, because this lower bar doesn't work in my game, I don't have a shield and I can't equip shurikens, I literally have nothing to attack or defend
