Click on whichever one you want to install, you'll be taken to their mod page (in the case of Breeding Mod and Unofficial Modded Game) or a comment in this thread (in the case of Unofficial Translation).
You can find a download link in all of them, just click on it, go to the download host site, download, extract, and play.
I think the Unofficial Translation + Mods 1.062 ver has broken. Lots of files has weird name on it and the game can't read any of those.

It is flagged as complete, so I would not expect so, unless they do some bug fixes or whatever later on.
In case it helps anyone. I didn't see anyone else explain how to resolve this issue..
This allowed me to extract the Unofficial Translation + Mods 1.062 here..
Using Bandizip
Settings > Extraction > Default Code Page
Set it to Japanese.
