Locale Emulator Context Menu

For whatever reason Locale Emulator just vanishes from the context menu making it so that I cant use it. I've tried opening the installer to uninstall it then reinstall it but that didn't fix it. This has happened before and to fix it I think I completely deleted it from my computer then redownloaded it but I'm looking for a solution that doesn't require that as I'd really rather not have to do that every time I want to play a game that requires Locale Emulator.
