No, just going slow due to IRL stuffs.
Two years without an update is more than just slow. Though I can't complain because it is a really great game that i very much hope gets finished. It is one of my favorite RPG games & I've replayed it more than a dozen times.

I'm getting close to finishing the update tho. Next update will most likely go faster to work with since it'll rely more on graphics telling the story rather than actual scenes. Changing up the gameplay yet again. If everything goes to shit IRL, then I'll likely have a lot of time to work on the game, but a problem with the living situation. Sometimes life is difficult to puzzle together and there is also the posibility that I move to the States and all that on top of everything. I'm happy that you're enjoying the game and I do have ideas for more games in the future in new engines too.
VX ACE. Next engine will probably be Pixel Game Maker. Unless I go 3D for the next project.

Ye follow the sparkling points in the town when ye first wash up in the port section. The early part of the game is set with sparkling points & linear path so that ye can't get lost. It's also a great idea to pay attention to the dialogs, since they will tell ye where to go next (or hint at it).

Ye should download the newest version of the game. It has easier directions on what to do next or where to go.
Content. Next update will not use the official compression method since it exceeds 2GB and it's based on a 16-bit dos compression. Learned that the hard way.
No video, the animations use pictures and are moved realtime.
It is only Gofile & Mega download links that are dead, even though those are the good ones that most people use anyway.
