I remember playing this game

The first scene starts with this dude waking up in bed with this lady who is an escort he works for some underground Mob guys , his sister moves in with him he left her and his mom to come and make money and he did make money just not in proper ways and then later he gets betrayed by this escort lady or something that's where the update ended on a cliffhanger.
