Black Panda's early game work and considered their first big game project. The game has a lot of content, can be played for a long time, has deep details, so there is a lot to explore. In the beginning, the game was fun and exciting. I felt that it would definitely be a good game.

But when I played to the middle of the game and really understood the game system, my feelings changed. I wanted to enjoy this game, I wanted to like this game, but I couldn't. It was a game full of frustration and annoyance with the most ridiculous difficulty.
The game has a lot of bad points. The game world is wide and has a lot of points to explore, but there is nothing to help guide or warn the player. You have to feel your way around by yourself, which is often hidden to the point that it is almost impossible to find by yourself. It is something that really disrupts the fun and continuity of the game. There are some quests and places that after finishing the game, you still don't know what to do with them.

The combat system is not fun at all. The enemies have a lot of attack power, which is stupid. They always kill the player with one hit. It is very annoying. Even on Easy mode, it is difficult and almost impossible to finish the game. I really don't understand why the developers made the game so clearly unbalanced. Didn't they play their own game?
The game looks so cheaty to the players that players have to cheat to get the game back or else they can't continue playing.

The small systems in the game are also not very well made. The equipment upgrade system is very difficult to find materials for, even after finishing the game, you still don't know where to find them. The casino requires an incredibly high amount of money. Who can stand playing this crazy game? Lockpick often blocks good items and necessities. However, learning the Lockpick skill is too difficult, even though it should be easier and faster for players to get this skill.

Veye's translation is excellent. And he doesn't just translate, he also puts himself in the game, creating humor and helping in the game. This translator did an amazing job. He is one of the reasons why I was able to finish this game.

Enough good things that I've played over 10 hours of it, not enough good things for me to finish it.

Game has good QoL, like a proper quest tracker and fast travel. But it also doesn't properly show the (already existing in-game) map, and has a lot of semi-hidden locations that don't show on the map and only hinted at by random NPCs when the game feels like it.
Exploration also sucks, because the map is split into entirely too small screens, and every enemy respawns on screen transition.

Game has a decent crafting system. But the stats of literally everything are completely out of proportion, with most items being entirely obsolete, the combat is scaled to the point where random overworld encounters can be both oneshot by you, AND oneshot you.

There are dedicated quests for learning a massive amount of non-magic skills...which are completely obsolete, because you get oneshot by everything and your magic kills everything in 2-3 hits.

There is a lockpicking mechanic, that seems to exist exclusively to fuck with the player. "Guess a random 3 digit number in 5 minutes! If you can't, lmao try again from zero. Should only take 1.5 hours on average per lock. Don't want to do that? The skill to bypass that is behind a 7-digit lock the code for which you have to piece together from game completion (bless that TL for giving it away for free). Because fuck you."

There is a special indicator for H-encounters, and a comeback system that lets you lose, see the scene, and still beat the enemy. But the art is...not that great and badly censored.

It could've been a good open-world RPG, but it's just not there.
