Doesn't the stuff in the chest disappear, like in other areas? I remember testing it before even noticing the bank which makes the entire concept pretty moot for the most part (so, very early in my first pt) and I lost all the items I stored there.

Valid concern, and may very well be true. I think only the bank hold true, all others are temporary for captivity events
There is but it requires a certain level of grinding. Once the required grind is done, you'll be able to play some of the most fun build in the game as it lets you combo chain between different types of skill. You'll find a number of unexpectedly fun synergies that you wouldn't be able to find from a mono build.
A hybrid build where you want Lona to be a jack-of-all-trades means not selecting any of the 'Tough', 'Timid' and 'Nymphomaniac' personalities. A Lona with a 'Normal' personality can wield and learn almost anything the game has to offer, but with the downside of being a lot squishier (not getting the additional DEF increase from the personality trait for example) and requiring more grind for some of the sub-build, namely Magic and Succubus. Physical nearly need no grind to be functional (just unlock 'Bloodlust' and 'Weapon Expert' along with some of the high quality weapons) so this sub-build is what will carry most of your early plays until you get Magic and Succubus to a more functional level.

Would you recommend the Body MODs to make Lona unable to get pregnant and have orgams for the Succubus build?
The bank is more reliable to store item. However, free bed is good.
Bank is better because rebirth characters can also withdraw items from previous Lonas

You mean Sterilization and the Linked Glands MODs? It depends. Sterilization is good if you don't want Lona to get pregnant. On top of that, it's a great MOD that allows you to save up on stamina and not spend energy and time squeezing out all the semen from inside Lona everytime she gets creampied. This particular MOD is extremely efficient when you want to do a looping prostitution, like having Lona sell herself inside Rudesind at Noer city by going from Big Mama's tavern to the noble's district, then return to Big Mama's tavern for rest, wait half a day and go back to Rudesind again and so on.
As for Linked Glands MOD, I haven't seen anything that makes this MOD really useful. It says it allows Lona to reach orgasm at any moment, however orgasm itself is often more of a detriment than it is a benefit since it spends up lots of stamina on top of temporarily paralyzing Lona, making her a good target for any incoming attack. You wouldn't want that to happen pretty often. G-Spot Removal has more use since it prevents the problem I just laid out, but with the downside of Lona going into a sexually frustrated state once she hits climax. Lona's sexual state is indicated by the pink female symbol at the bottom right. If the number is colored white, Lona is in a normal state, and this number will get reduced via any sexual encounter/debuff. Once that number reaches 0, Lona will climax. If you have G-Spot Removal, Lona won't be able to orgasm, and the number begins to adopt a red color that will increase the more sexual encounter/debuff Lona faces. And the higher this red number gets, the faster Lona will gradually lose her stamina. The only way to get Lona back to her normal state is to advance half a day. Still, despite that disadvantage, G-Spot Removal comboes extremely well with Sterilization MOD when it comes to looping prostitution.
