I don't know why you mentioned F10, I have clearly stated on the mod post that that feature is builtin to the game itself, not the mod.

As for the mods hotkeys not working, does UMM have the preview image and the description? If not, you haven't installed the mod correctly. If UMM does have them, I have no idea as it just works whenever I test it.

Also make sure that you have downloaded the correct archives (AIO file recommended)

Apologies for the confusion, I was just using F10 to verify my function keys do work in the game, not saying it was related to the mod.

It does show in UMM with the artwork and description so I'll keep trying to figure it out on my end

Which game version are you using?

If there isn't a UserData folder (which is why the latest version of the mod can't find the GameCheat.ini since the folder doesn't exist), then you need to downgrade the mod to the previous version.

There's a mod to stop difficulty raising over time? I know there is a fairly general mod that works for almost everything but I haven't seen that it has the capability to lower or stop the world level.

It's a bit RNG intensive and grindy, but there is an overworld event with a preacher that can reduce difficulty by up to 10 depending on the amount you donate. I was able to maintain near zero danger on a long running save, though that was a couple years ago now.

I'm not sure big belly is working, unless I did something wrong. I looked at the pic in the big belly portrait folder and I don't get that in the game, but it could be because I use pale Lona, am a Moot and have a lot of seedbed stacks...

Edit: Fixed by applying directly lol I made backups of the folders bigbelly uses and just crammed them in
