So far Ive managed to wander into like a dozen different towns, none of them seem to offer anything other than miserable people walking around who will barter with you and sell rats. Now I don't get killed as often, but there does not seem to be anything worth doing.

What "quests"?

Actual different towns or just different tiles of the same starter town? Points of interest have distinct icons and several should have green animated exclamation points above them pointing you towards the starting quests.

Oh and to the person who said "dying to rats is pathetic", that has nothing to do with me, if you literally use of 10% of your stamina fighting a rat it takes several strikes to kill, and maybe 1 in 4 of them turn into meat, it's simple mathematics that eventually you're just going to run out of food. So no, unless you use SaveEditor which it sounds like everyone has done, the game mechanics are completely jank and unplayable without using cheat methods.

I disagree with shaming other players but you are being hyperbolic here. Savescumming does help a lot if you aren't into getting gangbanged by bandits but as of v0.4.3.1 at the latest it is perfectly possible to fullclear the sewers including the goblins with just your starting club and not even having an idea of how rock throwing works or that you can hold Alt to change facing without moving. But yes the controls are super janky and I haven't bothered to figure out a key layout which doesn't suck ass yet.

No idea how far back it was but there was a great starting guide of handing in the rat quest, buying a sickle (and glasses once you can afford them) in the market right next to the tavern and heading into the "Rain Forest" (round trees) directly east of the city for essentially infinite food and respectable income.

I just wish there was an option to actually be a willing participant rather than a vapid mindbroken slut. Games like this always "let" you walk into the middle of a goblin lair buck naked, in this case even lay down for a bit, yet when they start masturbating or grabbing your tits suddenly the RP kicks in and it's all "eep!" and "no!" like no one can be bothered to add an "uh-oh, I should not walk in here naked" barrier. Or how losing your virginity is this visceral cut-in even if you already have the Nympho trait and spend several hours a day masturbating - how has this dumb fuck not tried sticking anything in there???

Also "forerunner" may have been the wrong word. Feira Quest is more of a prototype to LonaRPG than a forerunner.

not only is it a real thing evidently it was being made by an entire team until they disbanded due to unknown reasons however one member of the team said that they would continue the project alone by themselves I am guessing that person was ecmma. also it just hit me after looking into this that the missing dead person we find by the goblins in the sewers is actually Feira herself.

Ah so you wish there's a more accurate depiction of the said trait like a whole new dialogue from masturbation > virginity > CumBucket kinda deal. Kinda hard to ask for such updates and we can only wish they would but yeah even AAA games don't go to such lengths and it's rare for them to rework most of the time so there's that. Imagine the depressed trait going where they apply like crippling fear on scenes like real morbid stuff "Stuff of actual violence" that can make ur skin crawl so you get where i'm going with this. It never ends where you see a problem here and there and eventually everywhere and if they tackle each and every single thing they just made the progress of the project crawl and not get anything done.

Whoever it is i'm loving the update.

Why thank you, but I'm not "part of group", I just wanted to play this with 60 FPS so I made optimization mod and didn't want to test optimization mod myself so I posted it here and in the end it got included in the game package with my permission. D3D mod for even more performance if you have dedicated GPU will not be included in base game because legal reasons (eccma (C)).

Edit: I'm running it on my "Uncle's secret awesome stash" Laptop and i checked ur post and you said it runs better on a rig with a dedicated GPU. So is the one included on the update another magic of yours that's OK with onboard Graphics?

Yes, I edited post above to have a link to it, but as of now no new versions are out, don't think there are reports for bugs rn that I noticed and I can fix, only one scheduled to be fixed in 0.4.3.6 (I still have no idea why part of optimization mod can allow scripts to run after they're deleted when it didn't happen before) . You can check it in /ModScripts/ folder of your game, files starting with 0_O_ and 1_O_

Did some testing myself and yeah it went Bullet Time on my Laptop when i applied that D3D you posted. Was just wondering since when i downloaded the past update it was slow but this recent one was really fast and i saw that has some optimization too so thought that was weird.

This is a very bad comparison, if someone made an AAA porn game, you sure as hell will see a focus on dialogue and all it entails, e.g. like those details.
I doubt the dev will not deliver, it's the basic part of the fetish he's trying to portray, he will do it when he fleshes out the actual game, or rather, that's how I think he'll go about it considering the pattern of his updates, in general this is a hobby project (it looks like to me), so he might just do whatever he wants.

I just learned that also the bank can be raided for loot. You basically have to slay two spear guards to get there, but if your build can handle that then you could potentially earn all the money required for the main quest by doing so. Downside is that you would need to trade for gold coins with 25% higher rate because the bank would hate you.

Oh, never mind. You can still trade with them if you sneak-talk out of combat. Starting to seem like a legitimate strategy.
