So far, many game im playing on RPG both that not R18+ or R18+, but i can say that this game is the best list of RPG game im play, its amazing to see how actually chaos is medival when morality is low and economic is depending on Character LVL.

Maybe its bit confusing and Hard for new player manage money, stamina, hunger etc. but after play for while and read a general guide, its very fun to play also there is potential for Speed run or harder difficulty.

Also im looking forward for more story bcus i want to see How is multiple ending this game have might be in future

I don't think I've ever enjoyed an adult game like this. It's not just hot, but fun to play. The world feels like it's living and breathing. Seven hours in, and I'm just scratching the surface.

    The good:
    + Great art style.
    + Good RPG system.
+ Plenty of content, and with more to come.
    + Fun quests.
    + Good gameplay.
    + Presents a proper challenge.
    + Good dialogue (overall).
    + Good music/sound.

    The bad:
    - The focus is pretty much exclusively on non-con, with some dub-consensual tossed in here and there (if you look hard enough, e.g. in that cult church).
    - If you don't like urine, you're missing a whole lot of content. If you can't stomach scat (which is fairly subdued), you're also missing some content.
    - Some stats/skills/recipes/gameplay elements are difficult to understand.
    - Pregnancy can be a chore.
    - The AI is retarded, although some enemies are cleverly designed and can block your path semi-intelligently, etc.

    The in-between:
~ Certain scenarios / chance events are difficult or pretty much impossible to survive, especially if you get captured.
~ Early game, it's difficult to even feed yourself / survive if you're new to LonaRPG.
~ Lewd mood? Unless you're good at escaping, or prostituting yourself, you'd better save before getting fucked - or it can be game over. And even if you do, you can say goodbye to your hard-earned items (unless you stash them prior / are plenty rich).
~ Performance can be hit-and-miss on weaker systems.

    The truly special:
+ Flat-chested, female protagonist in a good game (rare).
    + The art.
+ Almost every aspect of the gameplay.
+ Directed game design. Games like Violated Heroine are fun, but feel like they're of two minds (or many more) with rushed sub-plots, unused locations, bugs for days. Not here. What's there is polished.

LonaRPG is a work of genius, and the best RPG maker game I've played. I'm eager to see how it develops.

The combat has been slightly revamped, now you are able to hold alt to not walk and change your facing which actually made the difference between an annoying feature and an actual fun game. While the combat has been revamped, it is still somewhat counterintuitive if you don't remap the actions on the numbers over your keys, mostly because they are still marked as 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and if you had touched any recent MMO, you would be hitting those keys and wondering why your character does nothing.

Regardless of your weapon of choice, the "stamina bar" still depletes a lot leaving you in disvantage against the infinite energy from the enemies.

I find out that you actually need to play the tutorial, skipping it will leave your character in full disvantage unless you build up a prostitute character which is the "merchant" build if you ask me.
When you skip this tutorial, you lose a sword and a pitchfork that are way better than your log. also picking those mice and maggots can give you a bunch of food that otherwise would be not available.
I downloaded this thinking it would be like a post-apocaliptic game, and not exactly for the lewd content. I can see it is progressing on the way how weapons are handled, still the lack of a real swinging weapon puts you in high disvantage against groups or enemies.
If anyone wonder why i rated it "average" instead of "higher" with the stars I gave it, it is because it's not a bad game, but the mechanics are still way more punishing than anything. It makes the first Fallout game to look like Zelda or Fable in comparison.

Unique type of rpg i've played before reminds me a bit of dungeons and prisoners but different mechanics. Love every bit of the game interactions so far and there's so much you can do and interact with most characters. Lots of events and story pathing and skill trees.

Very very hard game, but such a unique art style, very daring and taboo, absolutely love it. The game contains a lot of gore but it actually feels like part of the vibe of the universe, not just random - and it feels sexual rather then just violent. I just wish it didn't feel like a game-over spiral the moment you miss anything - 'because it is a little bit grindy to recover from and it makes it so you don't want to take risks. Like if you dance at the club, at the end of the dance bad things happen, your money is gone, your energy is gone, you're beat up, and especially early on you just cannot step back up. And that's without the world allegedly harder-and-harder - which I haven't experienced 'cause just can't make it far enough into it. But Still like this game because at least the early parts I get to try out are fabulous

Art (static and animated) is really polished and the game offers a challenge that significantly improves immersion. Combat mechanics could take some work mostly because of how frustrating it is when you swing and the enemy moves out of your attack range resulting in wasting stamina.

The game itself has a lot of potential, but one thing that put me off from supporting the developer is how hard they push their political agenda. In the readme and the developer links there are explicit political messages, but thankfully they're not so present in the game itself.

Start, get outplayed by a D20, get kidnapped and sold to the local butcher, repeat. Out of jokes this is the most complete roleplaying game that i've seen that is not text based, development seems fluent and without troubles so pretty sure that is a lot more to come.

I can't believe how much i got stuck with this game. It outdoes itself being more than just some way to see porn, it's a good and fun game to play, with amazing pixel art and a bizarre setting that makes everything a whole. The game isn't even easy, and while normally that would probably be a bad thing for a h-game, that's not the case because i gotta say, the game is both a great game and a h-game and actually makes me wanna get good at it and play it like i would do in any other rpg. You have a great work being done here dev, keep going, i would LOVE to see it finished.

    Honestly,
    I don't expect h-games to be complicated.
Moreover I tend to leave games that are complicated because I don't play h-games for gameplay itself.
Why I do that is quite obvious, one doesn't play h-games for gameplay itself, but for what the gameplay brings about.
On the other hand, just finished leveling up Lona to 30th lvl and will go back to leveling her up after rating this game.
Game itself (content excluded) reminds me a bit of a top-down souls like with a bunch of different mechanics both hidden and face-up. It honestly feels like if the game was by itself, without the additional allure of h-content behind it, I would still play it because of the fun in managing all the different things, improving tactics and learning more about the dark-fantasy setting the game is built on.
H Content tho, holy cow the H content. I must say, not one to go for all the darkest bases in degeneracy, but this game makes me want to with the cg quality. It's absolutely gorgeous in the grotesque kind of way, and even though it's quite on the dark and brutal end of spectrum it feels fitting for the game and it's premise.
All in all a great game if you don't mind the dark setting and possible endings for your character.

I have simply fell in love with this project, and for the first time in my time at f95 I donated for a content creator.
I just cannot let this project go! I want to see this become a finished game!
I am fascinated by the art which perfectly got the dark doomy mood of the setting. And finally a realistic game with a fragile protagonist.
I found the story intriguingand marvelous. However its pretty easy to get lost in the game's mechanics somitems. (I can be magically obtuse at some point so this is a subjective points) This game is a masterpiece rpg and definetly not just some empty fap material. I can see that the developer is caring and breaking a back for this project so I am also satisfied at that field.
As a conclusion this game has great potential and steadly marching toward completion. I can definetely recommend SUPPORTING AND LOVING this project!

This might be a game with good story and sex scenes, I personally don't know. I couldn't get beyond the 3rd rat but I only did a reset twice after my stamina dropped out mid-fight with no way to restore it while getting hit. If i were willing to spend what is likely going to be excessive amounts of time learning how to play, this would likely be an amazing game. But I am not so I will hope someone will make a renpy version with the story and sex scenes only once it is complete.

    Great game!
We come here for obvious reasons, but this game is special in every way.
    Dark atmosphere, brutality, freedom..
I can even play it just to hunt wild boars!
I wish sex scenes are longer and not always with bleeding ass.

I love this game. Spent like 3 years on this site, and i gotta tell you that this is my favourite game so far and i'm pretty sure it will keep being so for a very long time. Everything is perfect about it , can't wait for them to finish it!

One of the most ambitious RPG titles in this genre, only comparable to the infamous VH. The dev has proven himself in execution and is active and committed. The world building is well done and the game has its own definitive style. Overall a true masterpiece that will hopefully be completed one day.

Nice game, good kinks, entertaining and u actually can play with it , no just press "z+crtl", tou is pretty damn hard if u dont know what to do, lose in the tutorial is not such rare as u could think, a promising one that can make a pirate player want to spend money just cause the dev deserve it

    5 Stars.

    Reason:

    Pros:

    Good Animation.

    Good Art.

Good Story line. (Make you feel like an actual Adventure/Survivor. Also make you very resourceful and punish you when needed.)

    Fun combat mechanics.

    Cons:

Translation. (You can download fan translation!)

My first introduction to F95, honestly an amazing game.

Gameplay is deceptively simple and is a great vehicle for the actual content.
Translation could use some work as well as communication with the player but there's a really great community happy to help clear up some of the more obfuscated features.

The theme and world itself is great - a little generic but still serviceable.

The sexual content is not for everyone but definitely won me over as I played, helped in no little part by the AMAZING art. Honestly some of the best stuff I've seen in a game like this.

    I can't wait for more!

    UPDATE:

Wow, it's been a bit over a year since I left this review. Crazy. Since I left this review, actual solid content hasn't been fleshed out too much. Mainly miscellaneous stuff here and there. But man. This game is so good, I come back to it all the fucking time. It seriously does the sex-scene gameplay divide so well, it's up there alongside Karryn's Prison. Upon further playing, and with some of the content being fleshed out, I'd even upgrade the setting from generic to actually pretty unique. It has a lot of flavour that is very welcome, which you can really appreciate the more you play. Still a 5/5. I JUST WISH IT WAS UPDATED FASTERRRRRRRR.

For what the concept of this game is, being a helpless young woman who can't really fight but needs to in order to survive, I really feel like the execution is very well done. This game is hardcore, and while it can be seen as a downside if you just wish to win the game, losing punishes hard the player with exclusive scenes and a lot of time lost. It'll require ingenious and sometimes unorthodox plans in order to progress smoothly, and it really helps to pull the player in its immersive universe thanks to all that time spent. This game isn't good as a fap game as sex scenes require you to lose big, but as a standalone game with sex here and there, it is very good and manages to deliver its promise. The only downside I have with this game is about the Trait and Level Up system which makes progression very stagnant about your power as only new weaponry, companions or sacrificing Abilities for fire power will help you make more damage, while the Barter system encourages hoarding ressources as being in a bad spot punishes you hard, so there's a big dillema on two big gameplay mecanics. Good thing enemies don't really become stronger either though, and that farming coins is pretty easy once you do get that firepower.

An excellent proposition if you like the tags - and I do.

Storywise, LonaRPG presents a dark and gritty setting, where terrible things happen to otherwise normal people, corruption abounds and twisted things occur. This pairs excellently with the artstyle and sets in contrast the cute character design the artist/dev is known for with the subject matter, making for a compelling experience overall.

eccma417's art for the game is stellar and expressive, capable of conveying both the highs and lows of the characters depicted. Character and expression diversity in general is pretty damn great, with a wide range of NPCs, from the happy-go-lucky and sweet and innocent to the horrible and twisted.

Also appreciated is the scat/watersports toggle, very thoughtful and considerate. The English lines are well-contextualized and genuinely don't feel ESL or pull you out of the experience, though I will say some of the latest possible content(regarding Milo in the high-class bar in the uptown district, as well as Cecily and her retainer) remains untranslated even if language is set to English. I'm sure this will change as the game receives further updates, though.

Combat and gameplay mechanics. Combat itself is directional hack & slash, with several abilities and ways of defending yourself and affecting the outcome of encounters based off abilities slotted into action bars. It's hard but rewarding and requires you to use the environment to compensate for Lona's relative weakness compared to her enemies. Use chokepoints, use stealth, use potions and the like.

The game follows a series of quests, some of which are very lovingly detailed and thought-out, though it's notable that there is extremely little handholding. A Walkthrough isn't an absolute necessity, but it may help you derive significantly more enjoyment from the experience. I personally found the whole 'grab the quest announcement off the board' theme to be very true to the adventuring guild style storytelling you see in some eastern titles.

The game has extensive stat-tracking and condition tracking, providing a detailed record and a fair amount of information regarding Lona's current status, though you'll have to intuit what certain stats(such as Sexy or Weak) actually do. Similarly, the economy may seem quite unintuitive at first glance, but after a bit of getting used to it and the carry weight systems began to flow nicely in my experience. It's a little clunky at the start and may seem clumsy, but it gets going rather nicely as you progress.

Apart from the excellent lewds - consensual or otherwise, including several different types of prostitution, rape, slavery, parasites, monsters, etc. etc. - and the combat and itemization, perhaps the most standout thing for the game is its mood.

LonaRPG's mood is set through everything from the gloomy but warm lighting, to the choices of color for character designs, to the sketchlike art for encounters and spriting. Bright doesn't necessarily mean friendly, and dark doesn't necessarily make for a foe.

All in all, an excellent experience, with a good helping of content. Looking forward to more.
