The github projects for both Cheat Menu Framework and Lona Big Booba Mod have a link to UMM, there are instructions in the archive on how to install UMM.

Once you do have UMM installed correctly, delete NyxLauncher as it isn't compatible with the mod settings system that UMM provides.

Additionally, make sure you have the latest release (github releases require game version 0.8.7.0 at minimum)

Very likely. If the Baby's Health hasn't appeared in the Main Stats menu yet, then consult Elise at the clinic for pregnancy check.

If it's been long enough, the absence of Baby's Health can mean guaranteed miscarriage. The pregnancy check should confirm either way though.

Well, just for giggles I took a crack at translating a bit of Cecily's quest dialog - I got to just before getting into the backstreets base area (so ~5 quests previously untranslated). I haven't actually played this part of the game so I'm not sure everything matches the context (there's a part where a dude says "Die!" that could be a bit closer to a figurative "Eat shit/Get fucked", for example), and TBH my Chinese is a little rusty.

If anyone has input that'd be great - though I also can't promise I'm going to have the time to do any more, either.

Ed: Though now that I'm getting to her quest sequence I'm noticing some of the dialog that was already translated is a bit of a mess...

If there is an errorlog txt file it would be better to post that, provides just a little bit more detail that can help track down the issue in most cases.

Ok so I've normally never had problems with mods, but I recently installed the two new mods, the bigger pregnancy bump and the booba mod. Both fuck up the game irreversibly and I have to delete then unpack again just to get the same problem again. Not to mention neither mods show up in the mod menu the first and only time it does work. I'm confused here, wat do?
Here is the error log I get, which pops up whenever I open items then locks me out of the of the mod menu to the point where it doesn't even appear and it's vanilla Lona. Nor does it show either of the new mods

Don't use `Lona Big Booba` and `Lona Big Belly` at the same time. They're not compatible. Also, Lona's big belly is already included in the `Lona Big Booba` mod.

What Ricordi said and you're using an outdated CheatsMod that still has the group bug in the Inventory Editor (which is already fixed in MCM/CMF)
