There are no dedicated CG art for animals, but you can have sex with them, using the Juicing Skill you can get pretty much everything to fuck you, also you can not get pregnant from them.
i remember there was a scene where the bandits make her act like a dog and then made her mate with a dog idk which version

There is technically pregnancy for animals, it'll just always result in a miscarriage.

They fall under the "Other" race, which always result in a miscarried pregnancy (when one is conceived)
Only successfully done so with horses and boars though when I tested while curious about the mechanics.

Not really, it seems to be more of a future-proofing for any race that doesn't support pregnancy/crossbreeding.

Any chance you're mixing things up with misfortune of Lona's venerable ancestor Feira?
For the first playthrough I'd recommend killing the necromancer and selling out Cecily. Easier to do while you're not attached.
Speaking of Cecily, version 0.9.1.0 just landed and changes include
-*fixed, cecily will aggro lona if she doing anything bad to grayrat.
