Don't worry just go to the game menu go to the lowest one (where you save the game)
And then go to the option down below the
Chose the Lowest option and change it to the one bside it the close and re open the game it'll be back to english

im a bit confused since i never had this problem but im new to this game too. is the screen supposed change my 1300x700?
As much i dislike the general content of the game there's couple of things i would like to expand on like it or not here it goes,
1: I dislike the general art style of this game it looks bizarre and untuned and looks like a chicken dinner which spent too little time in the oven the art style of the game does not look great it looks digusting and it's a huge turn off for me in general when it comes to the game itself it feels like they need to redraw this game to make it look a bit i don't know? More plesant to look at i'm guessing
2: I'm gonna mention this again but the screenshots of the sex scenes of this game looks yucky like the style of it all the penises for a good example just look mutated like they have soaked it in radioactive goo for the night and decided to take it out the day after that's how unpleasant it looks i know that it's orc related in those screenshots but they could've at least polished it to make it look at least a little bit nicer than it looks now
3: The only good looking character in this game is the main character almost everyone else in this game looks like they have been rushed as many of them looks unfinished and honestly could use an update in the future versions of this game as a whole as for now i can't stand the character designs as a whole,

It's supposed to look fucking gross, that's why it's so good. The artstyle is akin to that of Darkest dungeon and it creates a feel that you don't really get with RPG maker porn games in general. The art is like the world the game takes place in. So to counter your personal opinion with my own. The artstyle is amazing and one of the things I like the most about the game.

Still have to play as her not with her though. And the giant jugs is kind of the issue I am talking about so rare to find one with some one petite, and its often like chloe 18 where you got be the girl, not get said girl.
My Lona was pretty messed up after getting gored pretty bad by a boar. Lots of head injuries will give a pretty scarred look to her face.

Everything you dislike about the art style is everything I like. The unclean, dark look is honestly refreshing since so much RPGM art can blend together with the clean, bright aesthetic. I don't think the art will get changed as it serves a purpose in the vibe of the game.
The only art I'd love to see updated are the citizen sprites as they feel really cookie cutter and too crisp with the rest of the game. But I suppose that'll happen with time.

This game was surprisingly fun once you got into the grove of it. One of the easiest things to do in the beginning is just run past all the mice and great the pitch fork from bottom left of the map. You could also just run to the bottom right of the map and grab the short sword from the goblins and run back. With either weapon you could 2 shot the mice now and just grind on them since they are easy to kill and can drop up to meat which will save you from starving to death, despite what it says you wont get sick from animal meat.

I got a Goblin Slayer vibe from this world so it was funny to actually find him in the Inn lol. Also props for the virgin vs chad painting.

Neither a h scene, it was just like the standart standing portrait with imagine a bunch of red paint spilled on her face... But as i say, maybe i dream it
There is also a elf in the doom fort inn, its a male archer, but his clothes are fair to similar from that elf girl from Gob Slayer.
And this made me wonder, what happen if u got pregg from that guy? is even possible? never saw something related to elf babies tou.
