when you get to the temple and goes downstairs to find cocona, can you avoid killing the priest ? I try sneaking to talk to cocona, but he respawn right there. So we're basically force to kill him ? And then any other priest on the way too. Is there an other way to complete this quest ?
Do the mountain monastery cemetary quest with Cocona as a follower. Theres a skeleton at the end of the crypt that you can talk to that gives you it.

Nope. You will have to kill some priests on your way, even with good scoutcraft. But you will get FakeID to restore your morality after that quest for free, so no need to hold on - KILL EVERYONE!!!
If I go to the merchant and ask, is it possible to open all recalls immediately? Or do I need another save file?
you have to either edit your gamelona.ini or find these scene all by yourself.
Add this to Game.ini file in root game directory to open all CG scenes immediately:

You can. Perhaps you dont have enough stamina? Or if you tried to give a blowjob to the Grim Reaper... I think you can't really damage him in any way.
Are you talking about that one quest on the cemetery? You are not supposed to kill Grim Reaper, he is invincible. During this quest you just need to survive until timer reaches zero. Or you can convince Grim Reaper to leave without fight if you have enough WISdom.
If you are talking about the quest on the destroyed outpost, you are not supposed to fight Grim Reaper here either. You can just leave a location and return to the quild for reward.
