There is still much to do:
A part of the map is still off limits, the new area is not entirely stable, about a 3rd of the game is untranslated, there are balances issues and exploits everywhere.

It's only one guy. He's been doing good progress and he's been listening to the community. Let him work at the pace he's been going and don't bother him with a question so long term.

This is a beta version, if you want something changed, do the tests, show your work and explain what should be changed and why. When that's done, we'll be able to look forwards to the next big patch.

Now, I don't mean to be rude, only a bit forceful.
This game is nowhere near done, the way I see it, and I think that pushing eccma417 by asking when the last step will be done will simply make for a worst game overall.

remember guys the value you need is a 4 bytes, lets say you got 5 trait points, that is translated into 11. In cheatengine you gotta double and add 1 point for it to work. lets say you got 1200 gold coins, to manipulate that value you gotta look up 2401

What difficulty are you playing on?
I ate a shit ton of raw fish.
The max gastrosia stack I could get was 3, that is with the omnivore trait.
On normal mode, I could not puke.
On survival mode, the Stomach Upset stat went up as normal and periodically I puked.

It seems that there are no way at the moment to simply not get sick from eating "tainted" meats. There are ways, as you explained, to mitigate them, however.

Also, later in the game, when you have more funds, you might want to pick up a few blue potions since they cure gastrosia and, if you don't have the funds yet, get white dragon weed in the rain forest. They do the same, but less efficiently.

With the omnivore Trait, at least, it is possible to pick up the expelled puke and eat it back to gain some food, so that's that.

You can finish the game, its just some missing content. But it has a lot of gameplay already

ZedTed Correct me if I'm wrong, but I tested the second pregnancy and even giving birth to a second baby Moot, Lona will not stay with him, the baby will always run away... Even if she have the implants for milk production.

Maybe I'm just not the sharpest tool in the shed, but why link a website that seems to just further complicate things instead of just telling me how to change the controls with the AutoHotkey provided in the files? Seriously if the question is "How to do I change the controls"
Answering with "AutoHotkey.ahk" just dosent necessarily answer it if no oneknows what to do with that file. Again I may just be missing something but it seems like you're being Vague for reasons I have no idea of.

install autohotkey.
edit ur keybinding in the .ahk file
double click .ahk file after u done

Never tried having 2 Moot babies because pregnancy is a pain in the ass, I guess you just don't keep Moot babies (probably means you also don't keep human babies). Weird because there are graphics for human and Moot babies in the game files

It's 2 tiles South of the Northern gate, looks like a bunch of buildings on the side of the road. The person you need to talk to is directly West after entering, the one 'on top' of the table.

You can read a guide written by yours truly for a step by step method on how to do it but to summarize:
Girl needs to be in a 3x3 square next to the 'exit', this counts for all 'doors' like leaving the nest. So you need to wait for her to go near the ladder before interacting with it to go to the next room. If you don't do this, she will be left behind in the room you left; if you asked multiple people to follow you, the game glitches and despawns 1 person every time you leave a room (can also despawn the girl you need to rescue) although it might have been fixed.

You can 'restart' the map by leaving and re-entering to cause the girl to re spawn (enemies are also re-spawned.

When getting reborn as a Moot i can see the status screen says it has a stack of one. Is it already in the game to get more stacks and therefore change Lona more and more into a Moot with each successful rebirth or is that the limit for now?

It's not shown here, but to give yourself gold you can type $game_party.gain_gold(99999) and $game_party.actor.heal_wound to remove a wound so you can walk again.
