Welcome to the start of a long climb to become a free person again! Here’s what you probably ought to do:
1) Elise’s clinic will remove brands for 10 or 20k ( probably 10). However, you’re probably dirt poor at the moment. Additionally, you’ll need another 3k to remove the shackles at the blacksmith. Your movement is probably severely hindered at the moment too.
2) One option available to you is to escape east of the city to the forest with round trees to enter. You can enter and exit repeatedly while exploring to look for white dragon weed and food to gather and sell later.
3) Another desperate but potential option is to visit the square building within the city limits above the east entrance. It’s filled with bandits that will capture you if they knock you out, but MAY (untested) remove your shackles for you and lock you in a cell instead. You’ll get fed, and the cell is easier to escape from. Escaping from the building however, will probably take a fair amount of patient effort.
4) Prostitute yourself to hobos at night for chump change.
5) Incite violence in the barrel inn by having patrons assault you near the innkeeper. The innkeeper will jump over the counter and start beating the crap out of everyone. You can loot their dead bodies, but remember to exit the building if mama engages in a fight with gray rat or his master or one of them will die
6) Escape outside through the sewers —-> orkind nest. 90% chance of death and capture without a light source or without knowing where the exit (north) is.
I recommend options 2 or 5
Is there any content for the Golden Clubhouse? I had heard it was a brothel and was hoping Lona could either work there as a prostitute or become a sex slave. But I can't do anything there.

And I've done the Backstreet area as well, although I didn't try becoming a full slave there. So I was hoping that the high society at the Golden Clubhouse would have some new perversions in store for me, but there's no one to interact with here and if I try to whore myself out to the NPCs I get kicked out.
Any advice?

I don't really have a problem with the "rape" and "violence", not in the sense described by the visible screenshots, anyway. She might object in the game, but it's hard to label the scene those things when she's clearly smiling while handling 4 dicks. The blood and off colored fluids push things a bit far for me, though.
So are certain NPCs just without an english TL?

For the Golden Clubhouse, if you are lactating you can offer to work there and you get a job similar to the waitress job but people suck on your tits instead.
There is a glory hole shack in the harbor backstreet which is easily missed (above the merchant and only available if working there part-time or otherwise).
There is a special-prostitution available in the East Sentry Outpost (East of Noer)
There is a special-prostitution available in the guard barracks in Doom Fort (Very North of the map, needs V. 0.3.7.0)
Mod's BrestB, Rectum, and Urethra say that they "Decrease negative effect on HP and STA" and there are no 'side-effects' (not sure what the 'negative effect' comes from but I assume sex).
'Sterilization' can be useful for less abortions and the likes but 'Gland Removal' is actually really good: you no longer lose so much stamina as a succubus/prostitute build because you no longer orgasm and battles/prostitution is shorter, in terms of time, because the orgasm cut-in no longer happens.

I also saw someone mention that there's a sex dungeon at the church, but as of a previous version (I think it was 0.3.5) it wasn't functional. Do you know if that content is working now in v 0.3.7?
And sorry, another related question if you don't mind. In terms of becoming a sex slave I'm aware of the option at the Backstreet area, and I've heard there's a bandit camp you can get sent to if you get captured by bandits in the north. And there's also the mine. In terms of human-on-human sex slavery, are there any other options/areas that I'm not aware of?

I fuckin love this game. I've only played a few days and started with 0.3.7.0. So much to do and so much fun! My first run was a whore one as i wanted to see all the pr0n and what not. I never became whore of babylon though.. would take me too long.
The second run I am doing right now I am tough and virgin all the way. I was stupid though as I always left the preacher encounters as I didn't know what it did at the time. Now I only get guard or bandit encounters.. Also, a great tip for your guide zedted - if it's not already in there - is the random refugee camp encounters outside east town gate where you can use the cauldron to make your smoked meat and the food packages and potions. I have like 20 of each now.
I am leveling to get the cauldron trait as the encounters now are mostly the bandits though.

I hope you never grow too bored and continue hack away at this game. It should be on steam or some such as it is one of the better games I've played recently. Story is great! The possibilities and lore and what not is practically endless in this one.

The sex dungeon in the church does not currently function properly as there is no way to get captured and sent there. Personally tested it and even breaking into the dungeon and getting captured there does not cause you to get imprisoned properly (you wake up in the prison bed but keep all your stuff and the door's open, no special scenes play either).
For being a human sex-slave there are a few locations:
| > Backstreet Slave (sign the contract given by the merchant)
| > Mine Slave (captured by bandits, DO NOT go here: there is not much sex-slavery, just regular slavery and you will most likely starve and die)
| > Bandit Camp Slave (captured by bandits north of the church, do note that there is 1 bestiality scene here that has a random chance of occurring)
| > Church Slave (Not working, captured by the church; however, the church does function as a special prostitution area if you say you are a follower of the saint and say yes to the priest on 2 separate occasions, just leave the church and re-enter)
As for the ones unmentioned,
| > Soldier Slave (In Doom Fort, don't know the specifics but I think you need to be captured by the guards there)
| > Criminal (Captured by Guards in Noer, commit crimes and faint when fighting guards)
I think that's it.
Hmmm... I'll add it to a guide written by yours truly when I got the time. You can also leave the room through the door North of the rape-room, the ones the mines are meant for.
does anyone know how to complete the "north pass whistle tower quest" ? it said i need to clean up goblins inside the tower in the north . i killed them all including the baby (goblin baby ofc) and lona also said "done , time to report back" but when i get back to the tavern they didn't let me turn in the quest the staff didnt even have the "!" mark , does anyone know what im missing ? help me pls =(

You have to report to the priest in the church to the North of the Tower first. If you need help with any other quests you can read a guide written by yours truly.
u know i did see the "!" mark at the church when i left the tower but didnt know those 2 quest was connect . the fat guy want to rape me so i killed him and the entire church with a bow (bow OP btw ) and its reduce my morale to 0 and the guard kept chasing me out =V so i thought i just leave the church alone . =V
Is it just me or do the Trade Points you get as a prostitute make no sense?
There doesn't seem to be any logic to it. I can give one guy at the tavern a handjob and get 170 Trade Points, and give another guy a Full Service where he cums inside and he only pays 5 (even when I hit all of the buttons correctly).
Trade Points fluctuate like crazy. And I find that handjobs and blowjos seem to pay more reliably than vaginal, anal and full service. Which is weird, you'd think it'd be the opposite.
