Hello can someone help me?
So I had installed big booba mod and it works but when I tried to changes lona to deepone, her body didn't changes to blue. Is there a specific step to make big booba mods works with race changes?
Are you using the RC version (Lona_Booba_Graphics.RC2.4a) where you don't have to buy the mod at Elise's clinic? I did notice that the RC version's color palette doesn't seem to match Lona's non-human race. I'm not sure why that is. What I did to resolve this problem (if cosmetic is all I want) is to have a backup of the original game, open the R version of booba mod's archive (Lona_Booba_Graphics.R2.9p1.2), copy/paste the Data and Graphics folder (except HCGFrames from inside Data folder) inside the game's folder and overwrite everything. Then it worked.

On the title menu, there should be an entry named "Mods".

If the entry isn't showing up, it's not recognising any mods for some reason.

Usage-wise, UMM's ingame mod management instructions apply.
thanks, where can i find those instructions?

Hi, I just started playing on Doom Difficulty. It's really hard. My biggest problem in Doom mode is that food spoils so fast and I can't play without at least 10 Sur points for smoked meat. I want to know how you guys survive in Doom mode with 0 Sur stats?

The Bloodlust+Bloody Mess traits help a lot in restoring a certain amount of Food as long as there's mobs for you to kill (physical/magic attack restores 3 Food per kill, juicing restores 4 Food per kill). Also you can just eat those raw foods with the low risk of getting a debuff like Sick or Gastroenteritis.

If your Lona's race is Abomination, then she likely won't even need food to survive as long as there's corpse to consume. Abomination Mage Lona with Timid personality especially doesn't even need any food, she can travel around with 0 Food just fine, and the Sick debuff she gets from sleeping with 0 Food can be easily removed by consuming corpse (if there's no mob or NPC around, then she can use the magic items to summon a leech/tentacle, kill it and consume its corpse to remove the Sick debuff along with 1 stack of Sickly).

The only time an Abomination Lona will need food is if she didn't consume enough corpse to restore her HP/STA. Although she'll need a certain amount of Constitution trait points (10+ minimum, 20+ being much more preferable for easier travel, and the higher her Constitution trait points the better) since the amount of STA she restores upon sleeping at 0 Food is a lot lower than when she has 30+ Food, so it's necessary that when Lona sleep with 0 Food, her STA has to be high enough.

Here's a bit of demonstration on how an Abomination Lona survive in the wild with 0 Food if she has no Bloodlust to restore her Food stat

Does this mean that having 10 Survivability is useless as long as you can restore Food through Bloodlust, eating raw food or consuming corpse? Nah, having 10 Survivability is still pretty good since outside of being able to cook smoked meat, you'd also unlock the stun effect of trap skill which can come in handy in certain situations. With that stun effect you can do some funny stuff like this

I just found out a way to use a trap without expending the item that was used to make it (tried using the item with the highest WT, Full Metal Harness 50 WT for max trap damage)

It's a pretty good tech, however it's EXTREEEMELY hard to pull off, mainly due to how completely random the trap trigger itself once a NPC walks on it. The timing window is almost the size of a molecule, you have to time your click (Z or ENTER) at the exact moment the trigger happen. So unless you're pretty desperate for high damage, this isn't exactly a tech that's worth using often. I guess carrying 1 Full Metal Harness for max trap damage is still not a good option.

EDIT: Oh btw, you need to have at least 3 Survivability trait points assigned before being able to disassemble a trap you installed and get back the item you used to make it.
