Hello! does anyone have a copy of the ultimatemodmanager? For some odd reason, Github isn't responding well in my browser and I can't access the files. Would appreciate someone linking me an alternate link to download the modmanager!

I'm going to assume you meant UltraModManager, so I'm attaching it to this post.
I can only find a .nro for ultimate mod manager. For information, .nro are Ninty Switch executables.
So unless you're somehow playing this through a Switch or through a switch emulator, there's no need for Ultimate Mod Manager at all.

For the context of LonaRPG, I feel like that is the wrong UMM.

Get the zip out of there. Make sure to visit Elise. She got your back. Wait. Is it rc entirely? Try ultramm not ultimatemm. Get right mod version and game version. Mods seem in best place. Oh, the root folder in the mod. You gotta do what the instructions in the mod say to do with it.

Fair, it is the only one that is on github after all (excluding UMM-1.2.1 as attached to the Cheat Menu v1.0rc3 release that required it)

Check the wiki page, that helped to mod the PC version of the game, Im pretty sure u can find something Usefull there.
also helboy777 made a video that I watched helped alot to figure out how to install ultramodmanager and booba mod its not that complicated.

It used to be you could try to auto-update it by loading the game with the save in the ModScripts folder but I don't think that works at all anymore. At best it was unreliable.
What happens when you try to load into 0.9.0.5 with your existing save, anyhow?
If it says "Version Outdated", don't worry too much about it. Load in, save, quit, reload.
Unless it starts crashing or spewing out other errors, you should be just fine.

I'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt and hope he just hasn't gotten everything sorted for a valid certificate yet.

But yes, proceed with caution. If in doubt, obtain from a trusted source.

Yes, but it only just came out. Not even the VK has shared it yet (they do have a link for 0.9.0.15 though [page 4])

I would give it at least 48 hours for downloads to be available. To update the game, do you just overwrite the game folder with the new version or do you extract the version and just import the saves and mods?

Backup your saves and your mod folder. Delete the rest. Install new version. Overwrite with backups.

A note on the state of things:
I tried to log into his cloud server just now and got this:

I'm going to assume that it's going to be like this for a little while yet.

I think if its an error about the server it means the certificate on the server has an issue, it was either signed by an untrusted source or most commonly the date period the certificate was issued for is expired/invalid
