I have done all this but even after loading it the mod didn't work. Please help me guys.

Anyway to remove Companion Duration? Having to go the whole way back to get Cecil and Grey rat after 5 days is so annoying
On the title menu, there should be an entry named "Mods".
If the entry isn't showing up, it's not recognising any mods for some reason.
Usage-wise, UMM's ingame mod management instructions apply.
Launch the game with the console (via the
console.bat file) and try to summon them.Note any messages that happen exactly when you try to summon them.
Also note any related messages that are in the F10 console as well.
And of course, attach any related errorlog.txt files.
EDIT: They are being summoned, but then their code is immediately auto-disbanding them (twice)

For 0.9.3.0, you need to be using the R2.9p1.1 file (or the RC2.4 file if you don't want the surgery aspect of the mod)
It has it built in, just isn't complete (and likely won't be until at least 1.0)

No, you're supposed to activate it by buying the booba mod at Elise's clinic. The RC version is the one that doesn't require anything to do ingame other than installing the mod.
That messagebox isn't an error, it's a warning not to use the mentioned hotkeys as the game uses alternative code to do the same things but better. The dll file just disables those builtin hotkeys.

Alright turns out it was my bad, had it installed as a folder in a folder because earlier it crashed when i took it out of the folder but all is good now

Are you using the RC version (Lona_Booba_Graphics.RC2.4a) where you don't have to buy the mod at Elise's clinic? I did notice that the RC version's color palette doesn't seem to match Lona's non-human race. I'm not sure why that is. What I did to resolve this problem (if cosmetic is all I want) is to have a backup of the original game, open the R version of booba mod's archive (Lona_Booba_Graphics.R2.9p1.2), copy/paste the Data and Graphics folder (except HCGFrames from inside Data folder) inside the game's folder and overwrite everything. Then it worked.
Then I'm not exactly sure how to solve the problem properly since the R version's color palette seems to work here, though I'm not really using this version. Try what I suggested there and see if it works.
