Ren'Py - Completed - Long Live the Princess [v1.0.1] [Belle]

I was completely drawn to the story in the game. this game has good models, graphics, and a lot of text to immerse me in the game. Due to the design of the maker, you have to spend a lot of time experiencing all the plots. But it's fun, and only thing to be careful about is to take care to save your save.

If you haven't played this before, you really really should.

Really enjoyable to play, interesting story/characters, well written, good renders. Choices that actually matter without it feeling arbitrary or stupid like they do in so many other VNs.

Five out of Five. The game has a range of events, locations, characters, and progression as well as many multiple endings that make it a great re-playable story. Smooth transitions, good story, multiple plot devices and twists, multiple LI's, multiple ways to play the game, and a satisfying set of endings based on how you want to finish off the adventure. Graphics and character designs are top notch. The interactions with each character are unique and tinged with enough humor and drama in equal parts. A pleasant surprise and enough of a game by itself even without porn added in. It is a fantasy adventure with porn liberally tossed into the mix as part of the actual story (as opposed to games with random porn scenes thrown in just because). The magic system and way it was used was well done and different than most other mind control style games.

This is one of the greats. The models are hot and the characters backstories are investing. The story has great moments that flow towards a satisfying conclusion. The game mechanics aren't complicated but also requires some thinking if you want to progress. The only negative is that the scenes can be short and don't have a lot of variety. But overall for an hgame it's solid and should be recommended.

It's pretty solid—I'd give it a good 4 out of 5. The rendering is decent, and I'm digging the detective aspect. The story's a bit cliché, but the characters really pull you in. They feel surprisingly real. Overall, it's a fun game that's definitely worth a playthrough.

A game worthy of being played, that's for sure. The girls are interesting, no weird fetishes, and the plot is pretty good for the genre. The epilogue could've been better, as it's just a couple phrases about each girl's fate and even that is bugged, as it doesn't show pregnancy slides for a few girls when they're chosen in the end. The harem ending is even worse, as it doesn't take pregnancy into account at all, which is sad. Anyway, it's one of the good games and has admirable quality, as well as enough content to take up to three days of play, depending on if you're going to achieve the best ending in your first game or new game plus.

Surprisingly very good.

Story is good 4.2/5. The girls are attractive and intriguing, Evelyn is my favorite. Belle and uncle Aldred are a little annoying at first. I like the background that is in Medieval era and the design of the map, reminded me of The Witcher.

TLDR one of the best adult game out there.

The theme isn’t necessarily for everyone and the gameplay can be a bit clunky at times, but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t have fun playing this! I'm kinda curious to see how Supermodel turns out now.

[SHORT REVIEW]

Just completed four playthroughs and suffice to say, I am satisfied with this game. The worldbuilding and stories of this game are like a mix between Kingdom Come: Deliverance and Dungeons & Dragons. So if you know both of them, you'll know how this game looks like. Gameplay wise? pretty similar with Summertime Saga. Do I feel like a need to complaint about it? not at all. In fact, I'm enjoying this type of gameplay.

I was afraid to try this game because it was made back in 2017, but it turns out the dev recently just fleshed out some of the scenes and animations. Not a lot of seasoned AVN devs from years ago had a will to do something like this. This game has a lot of different endings, so you won't get bored by a single playthrough. My first one was shit, my second one was alright but still shit, my next playthroughs were much better. I think I'm going to stop playing for a moment but I will definitely continue the game in the future.

For a game that was released years ago, this one deserved 5 out of 5.

A game certainly well made but very boring.
Despite the rating, I recommend the game, it bored me, but it's not bad, you can definitely enjoy it.
I recommend playing it without the time limit (I can hardly appreciate the time limit, in this game it's a no for me).

Ok story, but none of the characters left a lasting impression on me, they are forgotten in a few days.
So-so gameplay, is nice to have to investigate and present evidence, but it doesn't always work well in the game, but overall good gameplay.

Apart from the unrememberable characters, I honestly found the game very boring, also for this reason I admit that I skipped a bit of dialogue (despite the story being interesting, even just the fact of having so many dialogues with the awareness of having to redo a new game+ makes everything less interesting and uninvolving, and then finishing the first run and not wanting to do the new game+).

I saw this game a few times when I sorted by views and if I am completely honest, it never really caught my attention but eventually I decided to try it, and oh boy, I regret waiting this long.

It's one of the most entertaining games I've played. The story, the soundtrack (which I love), the characters, and the decisions you make are all great.

I made my account in 2021 and never bothered to leave a review or even look back at the game's page, but I liked this game so much that I had to.

I just want to be frank: I have no strong feelings either way about this game, but my experience has been worse than the general sentiment is.

Which isn't to say that the game is bad in its entirety, just that I did not find the method by which the investigative work in this game is done intuitive at all.

As the MC, the main responsibility you have is finding as many clues as you can, most of which are not as straight-forward as you might think.

It would appear to me that a bulk of them are simply found by randomly visiting a random place you would never think to visit otherwise (if it were not for the game telling you to try visiting different areas at different points of day, which is too vague in itself), or behind dialogue options you would never assume would lead to anything but a lore dump that contain the information desperately needed to progress both the main story and the LI "side-quests".
In my playthrough, not being able to find a clue related to just another LI seemingly caused me to hit a wall in the main story - and all because I never thought to perform an action at a certain time of day at a certain location.

I don't want to be hand-held through mechanics like these, but if you want your MC to go on so-called "investigations", you need to add a clearer Quest Journal (which is comprised of simple "I need to achieve this" without any "by doing this" , rudimentary hints of points of interest) and hide clues behind logical next steps - opposed to this game, where acting like a blind chicken and making sure you dip your beak into every possible available location whenever the game allows is apparently the correct way to play it... otherwise you get the "bad" ending, which let's be honest, very few people consider to be a result of proper playthrough.

Maybe I am just a dumbass, but this has killed my interest in the game, regardless of if the sauce is worth it.

This game might be a gem, but it is not a polished gem.

I really enjoyed this game! Good story and art. Typical VN gameplay. I found the narrative compelling enough to be curious what would happen. If the overview sounds interesting, then I say give it a shot!

I will also relay that the no harem ending as a good ending kinda sucked. You end up naturally woeing all the different characters so in the end seeing them all being heartbroken because you had to end the relationship kinda sucks.

Writing and story was amazing, game mechanics were simple and amazing, cast was amazing.

I don't think I'll play another game quite like it and like a good book I am sad to put it down.

One of the very best on this site. Great characters, very high replay value. Played through many times just for endings and seeing all the routes. Perfect blend of plot and smut. Will watch Belle's career with great interest.

This was a surprisingly fun game. I don't normally care for sleuthing type games as actually constructing a good game can be very difficult but here I felt it was handled really well. Generally so long as you're going out and looking into every option it never felt like I couldn't solve a problem, but at the same time things were never force-fed to me and I had to genuinely think through some situations to figure out the actual truth. Aside from that, the sex scenes were generally pretty good and the girls were cute so I had no issues there. There are some parts I didn't care for, and I wish we could've had more scenes with the princess, but overall I had a lot of fun playing and would definitely recommend.

This game is amazing, one of the best games I've ever played. The storyline is interesting with many branches to choose. Female characters are beautiful. Good job! Looking forward to playing more games from you.

This AVN is in a sandbox style and has a way of making you replay the AVN through multiple times to really "win the game." Lots of possible endings and replaying this is almost required. (Think of increasing difficulty on some RPGs - same content, but this is in "nightmare mode", or whatever.) I don't care much for sandbox AVNs and the whole sleuthing aspect was kind of corny, but I was absolutely obsessed with getting to the best ending and being able to see each of the relationship endings. I ended up really enjoying the game, despite my misgivings about the style of game.

I really did enjoy the story and the characters. The models were beautiful. The graphics/renders were on the lower end, but the sex scenes were still pretty good. I really enjoyed pursuing a throuple with Selena and her sister, a throuple with Evelyn and Callie, Thorn, and Belle. This AVN/game is recommended.

Excellent story with good amount of sandbox freedom. Animations are great, though no character sounds. Also wish there is harem ending... Does pick your brain though since there are multiple endings to this game.

This game was a really enjoyable experience. The pseudo detective portion of the game was easily the most fun, but I also really enjoyed the story beats as well. Personal preference, but I would have enjoyed more Selena content in the game too, even though story-wise, it would have made little sense. It was a fun little journey that I wouldn't mind revisiting at some point to play more paths. Highly recommend, especially if you're looking to break away slightly from the more traditional gameplay loop of AVNs.
