The unlocker should be in the game folder when you "install" the mod.
Just look in the "game" folder there should be the __ugu.rpy file. If not, put it there.
It should unlock all scenes.
I have created a custom gallery mod for the game, covering all 15 episodes.
I tested it on PC and it should work fine (I don't know if it works on Mac and Android).
Of course you have to trigger some events to see the naughty scenes.
I would also recommend enabling E-Z mode via the 'Preferences' menu.

Installation:
To install, unzip the content and put it in the 'game' folder, overwrite / replace if necessary.
For those who are interested, I have also attached a Gallery Unlocker file. Place it in the 'game' folder.

Mod Version 15c : A bug meant that the replay scene during the party in Episode 9 was not working. This has now been fixed in the latest version.
Mod Version 15b : A bug has been fixed. Previously, it was not possible to rename the main character at the start of the game.
