Games with a job system akin to or copying that of Final Fantasy games, I just want to sink my teeth into hours of a game and enjoy the standard RPG Leveling journey with some porn on the way tbh.
The best I could recommend you is the Rance series. They don´t really have a job system, and the class system is rigid in most of them - your characters have a designated class and can´t change them. However they have a nice slow pace, lots of content and really good writing for a h game. I think you will find the rpg leveling experience that you want.

Not sure if it fits the pill, but i have sunk a lot of time into it (can be very grindy) and it has a Job system that changes the way you have to fight. The H-CGs might not be to everyones liking tough.

I'd recommend Harem Fantasy: Good or Evil will save the world. It's essentially a parody of Final Fantasy V, so it has a Job/Class system.
Try this one? Though theres only like 3 jobs in the game (Warrior / Hunter / Mage)
