heeeeeeeyyyy... I actually thought about that a while back,.. it would be possible. but I unfortunately dont own the game 
Theres a tutorial on how to make the character look exactly how the original creator made it, and with the mods list used for it..

camp clothing ( flowey dresses )

Pixelport has a tav imported to vam maybe you can ask him on how he did it
