It is bafflingly rare. Closest I can reliably get is Skyrim Mods from Lover's Lab, although, after some search, Masturbation Simulator and Return of the Succubus both have Female Pov cams. In one case it's more of an interactive Animation and in the other... the game was abandoned in very early infancy, so bugs and clippings are present.
