Identify Looking for a certain game

I played a game before that I can't remember the name of it. All I really remember of it is the MC is a male and there is either a maid or secretary at the beginning of the game and you can choose to have sex with her or not. I want to say it has a BDSM tag but I am not sure. I also think the maid/secretary is supposed to help him in anyway he needs. I also think the MC is like in his early 20's and is obsessed with trying to get as much action as possible. Can someone help out?

I read about it, looked at the game pics and it doesn't look like it is it. It looks a little like it but not. I can't remember fully what all was in the game. Reading what this game is about made me remember something else about the game I am looking for. The MC was sent away because he was/is addicted to sex or something like that. I also remember that his family is rich or something. The MC father brought the son (MC) back and gave him a secretary to help him with the tasks he is to complete
