Identify Looking for a college game i played once

I don't remember much about it sadly.
It was a female protagonist, she also had a sister I think.
Her next room neighbor was blond and they shared a balcony i think? There was also a blind girl there.
That's all i can remember Unfortunately

Too little to go on. Describe scenes and relationships/kinks/whatnot better, tell what kind of game it was, what engine, Visual novel, RPGM? pixel art or 3dcg. Was the neighbor a man or woman. In what way was the blind girl involved. Did someone take care of her or was she just a scene?

The neighbor was a woman, the blind girl was a character, not just a scene, a potential LI i guess you could call it. It was Sort of 3D, and i think it was Rnpy but I'm not sure
