Identify looking for a cut the rope like game (only mechanic)

was watching a youtube short a several days ago and saw this game, its about someone suspended in mid air with rope and someone else trying to catch her. the goal is to cut the rope and rescue that girl but there's a "trap" you must avoid like tentacle etc. I cant find the game so can someone help me

I believe the title is like suspension but with some word changed, I tried some combination but cant find it
