I remember "reading" it a long while back. The problem is i dont remember which franchise it parodies but as far as i can remember i think it was Evangelion.
Here's what i remember; I remember a female becoming a futanari monster in one way or another. Only other thing after that that i remember is she became a giantess futa and began fucking a mech.
Edit: I remembered that at the end someone woke up in a medical bed or something and i think they were the pilot of the mech but didn't remember anything that happened.
I know its vague, but hope someone knows it.
