It's a game i've played before, if a while ago, as i recall it was 2 futa sisters living in an apartment, i think the player character if not both were pornstars, and the game begins with their mother showing up to live with them after leaving their father. i believe it was a trainer type Ren'py game, but i can't find it, any help would be appreciated cause i've gotten an urge to play it again.

I think I might know the one you are on about but the creator and game name escapes me, if I recall it was a creator that had several games and with futa protag, but he was mostly famous for the really doll like models with big lips, tits and ass.
not either of those unfortunately, those are male protagonist games, the one i'm after is a futa player character.
