Identify looking for a game and all I have are the pictures.

I've found these pics on some gaming site, this guy is playing Ryza as you can see in the very small screen. however his desktop has this picture of 2 girls in dress up, this looks like either a Yakuza game or something else. maybe even honey select, I'm not sure, if anyone can identify this game I would be grateful.
