Can't really remember the game name but the premise was a girl having her swimsuit either being see through or being ripped off. She had to traverse the beach and avoid being seen by beach goers. Also involved some swimming mechanics.

Are you sure it involved swimming mechanics. The rest sounds an awful lot like a scene from EraHunter. Even if that's not it check it out. Also ENF.
