The game was fantasy, and the main character was a male knight. I think there was a rat princess, a sewer map, and the combat was similar to Quake but with swords and magic. The sewer map had a bar where the rat princess would grab your penis while you were arguing with a muscular rat guy. There was also an area with multiple homes.
