Identify Looking for a game i played long time ago

Hi guys, I am looking for a game i played long time ago.
Here is what i remember:
-The MC was a male (student?) in a university campus.
-He had some kind of power to transfer his mind into others so he could use that to explore the campus,have adventures etc...
-E.g: At some point we used that power to steal a trophy for our roomate/friends (i think i was a volley trophy ? not sure)
-There was also some experiments done by a scientist girl on the campus covered by the director of the university . They develop some kind of breast size increase potion that you could give to one of the girl on the campus to help her win a swimsuit contest.
-The graphics were like renpy (not an expert, i just know it was not drawings nor AI photos)
I tried to look the advanced search with the 'mind control' tag but i was unlucky. I found games like Shattered minds but it is not it.

Any help please ?

Also for future reference RenPy doesn't have a graphical style its just the engine for coding the game. If you dont know the specifics I would just go with 3dcg like the tag or mention a similar looking game.

Thanks. I tried the '3dcg' tag. I found some interesting games. Yours looks good too thanks, i will give it a try.
But i still could not find the on i am looking for. I tried "school settings" tag as well.
Anyone has an idea please ?
