I'm looking for a specific game, I saw it about a year ago. It is about a guy with split personality, the normal nice guy personality and the bad boy borderline rapey (but not really I don't think) alternate personality who can cum literal buckets. His dad died and he lives with his Aunt and I am pretty sure his sister, and his aunt owes money to this guy so we see her doing sexual things throughout the game to try to pay it off. It is set up so the main focus of the game is school but you also do things outside of school. You work to fuck your female classmates (The classmates I remember include a suicidal girl who dresses all in black and looks like the crazy goth/emo girl, a girl who was your childhood friend with purple hair who is super tsundere, her best friend who has tan or dark but not black skin and green hair and is a complete airhead who is easily manipulated, and the geeky big boobed nerdy brunette with glasses), aunt, sister etc. The main end goals of the game are to reach the bottom of a mysterious pit that the principle has assigned you to venture down to the bottom of for some reason and to pay off your family's debt. Along with of course making everyone into human fleshlights.. It is made in almost an rpg sort of interface. Also I am pretty sure there was a toggleable futa girl who I am pretty sure was a muslim but I toggled that off so I didn't play with her so I don't really know how to describe her.
