Identify Seeking Looking for a game that's not entirely a "game."

Hello I'm looking for Hentai Collection 1 ROM for Sega emulator. I know it used to exist cause it was on my CD with other games. And tho technically it is not a game it was a ROM full of hentai pics. Mind telling if it is available anywhere.
