There was this game I played a while back from here but I forgot the name, its not hard to spot but I just don't know the name. The game consisted of a protagonist that used a mini gun fueled by cum (I know weird) and you started out in a forest and ended up fighting some sort of god. I'm sure the mini gun part should be enough to know which game.
