Hello, I'm currently looking for a game I used to play where the MC is a student (school setting) who was born with a "horny" disease and he met his classmate who started helping him with favors. This classmate was blonde and had a boyfriend but after further corruption you could do stuff with her. You could also customize what she was wearing. At the end of the story I remember some people came from the future and told the MC that it was a simulation? or something related to that.
