It was a game that looked like a mobile game, you would create a (female) character and choose her hair/eyes/skin/lip color/style and you'd be able to corrupt her and turn her into a bimbo. It didn't have any visual sex scenes from what I remember just a bit of flavour text in like gloryholes or prostituting the character. It had amazing art though and I think the person who made it makes hentai/doujins but I'm not sure.
