this game is a kind of isekai i think your a failed hero with light powers its drawn art, like anime/hentai. you can craft food/armor/weapons apart from the open world areas i believe everywhere is side scroll you collect girls the initial girl you rescue from a slave trader. at night you can have sex with the girls and develop special abilities, you also can buy all sorts of hair styles, clothes, accesories, hair dyes. feeding the girls will change their appearance - skin color height boobs etc. Theres also a sequel with no combat. Primarily about food if memory serves.
