I don't remember much but hoping someone can help. The game is a male protagonist harem style game where you have an option to turn one of the competing males into a sissy?

Any help or clues would be appreciated!

Oh yeah, I have played this one. This is not it. This is the one you can change the maid into a Trans. The one I am thinking of had a guy (already questionable) who was competing with you for one of the girls you like that you could turn sissy and joins the buffet of options to use.
