I'm searching for a game, I can't remember what it's called, but you take some sort of Elixir and/or give it to females to get them horny. It's been a while since I played it, also, you inherit some sort of Mansion or home from a realtor. It wouldn't be Ethan's Legacy, would it?

I hate not being able to remember something, that's probably so easy. Thanks in advance if someone can help me out.

I am looking for a 3dcg game with awesome graphics that starts with a hot female realtor showing us an apartment & if we choose the right choices, she has sex with the player. Unfortunately that's all I remember, it most probably came out at least 6 months ago, if I remember correctly. Oh and that realtor gets a call from her bf after sex. That's all I remember.
Any help guys?
