Its a game where the main character "dies" at the beginning. He come back and a young version of himself. Its more animated with cartoonish characters. He ends up dating his best friend. His sister is a love intrest as well and if im not mistaken there is a bully he ends up with as well.

Another Chance has a cartoony style and mostly fits the description, though I’m not sure who would be considered the MC’s best friend since he was a loser without any friends in his original life, and makes various new friends in the course of the game without really having a BFF.
