I believe, main character was isekaid to the phantasy world. He was some sort of sage and was granted some useless skill called sorting or organizing, the fact he could put barrels or chests. For this he was ditched to monster girl village as some sort of envoy. When he showed his awesome organizing skills everyone was in awe how useless it was, but the chief, a beautiful wise white wolf (I think she had some sort of ailment, could not move freely, needed assistance), said that humans just ditched the good guy and did nothing wrong and even without skills, he is still a sage. So the MC life in a village and its inhabitants unfolded (the was chief's daughters, chief's guard).
