Played a game some time ago about some brother and sister like on a stranded island or smthn like that. You could choose the MC to be the brother or the sister and nothing really happened between them (no incest), but the MC would get non consensual sex. It was really similar to crossdressing in camelot so I think it was RPGM. Been looking for the game for some time now but no luck... I hope someone can help me out.
