It's a Ryona game I am unsure but the art is similar to
it was in Japanese but more or less the protagonist is in this Colosseum and you fight other female fighters,you fight unarmed, if you win you get to rape them(you can choose not to depending on what you did in the fight I know you can also choose to kill them) I never finished the game cause it is in Japanese and the game play is more like a VN where you are given a choice of where to punch or kick (you are unarmed when fighting) so if you pick the wrong choice you usually end up dead the first girl is easy though cause you can just keep on punching her.
this game is probably 7-10 or so years old so google translating it via image wasn't a thing
