The scenario is the guy is the heir to some conglomerate and he stays at this cabin out in the winterlands, and a maid comes by (who happens to be his childhood friend) and takes care of his needs. Eventually they reconnect and get closer and of course do more lewd things.
IIRC, the maid had white hair but I'm not too sure. There's little flashbacks of the two of them as kids and they reminisce here and there and all that its pretty lovey dovey in addition to the lewd stuff.
Gameplay is mostly a day to day simulation like Happiness Double Room, Imouto Fantasy, etc.
