I feel ya, but read some heavy MTL games, some are really horrible, they will always be horrible, but once you get it, it is kinda like understanding a new language, you just istantly put pieces together and make up the sentence.
Now you can argue about being lazy or why you'd do that, simply because Japan is 30 years ahead of the rest of the civilization, at least when it comes to porn :), maybe 15-20 years now, but still..
Jokes aside, or tbh I don't know if it's even a joke, could very well be true far as I know, but you'd open up a lot of games by doing it.
Aaaand if you do it it, somehow the popularity will increase and more real translations will come out, and more and more games will open up, making the industry even better. Maybe even other sites, such as pornhub will have to step up creating something more creative than just no story, hot girl and a dick.

Well I didn't really answer to you personally, but I think many people are thinking like you, no need to reply that is :).

Tl;dr: Learn how to deal with MTL, it's worth it in the long run! (except if it's delayed translations, where it MTL during the game)
