Ookay, it seems there is a fault with the game as I download it or my version of windows can't detect the text on ANY of the buttons; I tried this version of the game and the "secret OF sophia" version and both appear to have NO text on the buttons even when I disabled as much of the translator software as I could.
Maybe it would work on a raw version of the game without bepinex or rei translator, but I can't tell

The devs have a previous game called Your Waifu Foxgirl Konko. I haven't tried this [Sophia] yet so idk how exactly the game works, but it should be a similar premise. That one also has a proper translation, too, in case you're worried about MTL.

So apparently the option squares are blank in the MTL for some people too? That's so weird, the japanese version (at least for me) has the same problem and I can't play it properly like that.
