Don't remember much about it but I remember towards the end of the chapter the MC meets a witch or woman with magical powers who explains to him about all the types of powers people of his kind can have, such as necromancy, healing magic and stuff like that also at the every end there is a massive power surge or blast which then alerts people all over the world of the MC's powerful presence. I hope someone can identify this.
