I recall downloading one year+ ago a nice strategy game based on fictional middle age kingdom comquest, with plenty of animations. It's not a VN.
Sadly I deleted it and forgot the name. But I'd like to get it again!
It's somewhat like "Vae Victis" but it didn't have combat. You would see a map with kingdoms and you could pick various diplomatic / war choices and - if you wanted - breed the kingdom ruler.
I also recall the first animated scene showing an old and decrepit king dying (heart-stroke?) while having intercourse with 1-2 girls.
If you could please tell me the name I'd be really grateful.
